We encourage you to become a member and/or to DONATE to our education projects.
  • The mission of the Center for Creative Arts Therapies is to provide a center for creative and innovative projects and to provide administration and professional assistance to those programs that benefit the community and bring the benefits of creativity to the community.

                                 We are providing the following services in the community:

    • Training for art therapists and interns
    • Active internship program-we subsidize internships. Over 100 local organizations have received services from our internship program (examples: United Against Sexual Assault, Becoming Independent, Creative Arts and self Esteem after school program, The Living Room homeless shelter, Santa Rosa.
    • Provide Supervision for interns serving in the creative arts community
    • Provide a fiscal umbrella for creative arts organizations for grant writing and management.
    • Sponsor, staff and underwrite the Creative Arts and Self-esteem program (providing after school creative arts in the public schools, funded by grants from Target, Sonoma Foundation, private donations and the sale of the PURPLE APPLE BOOK.
    • Provide employment for art therapists and teachers.

      Yard Sale A great Success! We had a party atmosphere! Fresh hot buttered popcorn and icy water, delicious baked goods (Dream bars and brownies) added to the festive environment. Face painting, chatting neighbors, a lovely shady setting on a warm weekend. Who could ask for more? GREAT BARGAINS. Young helpers from Montgomery High School Key Club added to the picture. Thanks to all of you who helped and perchased. Muchisimos Gracias!
